Tell us what you are trying to build

An idea on the back of a napkin is as welcome here as a business doing seven figures. Tell us where you are up to and we will tell you honestly what it needs — including when the answer is that you do not need us yet.

Who we hear from

You have an idea and nothing else

No website, no name registered, no customers. This is the best time to talk to someone, not the worst — the decisions made in the first month are the ones that are expensive to undo later.

You are about to start selling

You know what you are selling and need it live. We will tell you the smallest version that can take money, and what genuinely can wait.

You are selling and stuck

Real revenue, and growth that has flattened. Usually the fix is not a new website — it is finding out where people are dropping off and why.

You have a site that is not working

Visitors arrive and leave. That is a conversion problem, and it is almost always cheaper to fix than to out-spend with more traffic.

What we actually do

  • Shopify and WordPress builds, from a first site to a full store
  • iOS and Android apps, and booking systems that replace the phone
  • SEO and local search — the work that keeps paying after you stop
  • Paid campaigns judged on enquiries and revenue, not impressions
  • Graphic design and video editing for ads, social and brand
  • A dedicated project manager on every engagement, from day one

What happens after you send this

A fixed price, written down

A free call, then a proposal with the scope and the number on it. No hourly drip, and no invoice that surprises you.

A person replies, not a sequence

We read every enquiry ourselves. If we are not the right fit we will say so and point you somewhere better.

One project manager throughout

The same person from the first call to launch, so you never re-explain the business to somebody new.

Built to bring in work

Enquiries, bookings and sales are the measure. A site that looks good and produces nothing has not done its job.

Questions before you get in touch

I only have an idea. Is it too early to talk to an agency?

No, and it is usually the most useful time. The expensive mistakes in a new business are made in the first month — building the wrong thing, spending the budget on branding before anyone has bought, choosing a platform that has to be replaced in a year. A conversation at that point costs nothing and often saves the largest amount of money.

What has actually changed for new businesses in 2026?

Three things matter. Buyers now research through AI answers as well as search results, so being clearly written and well structured decides whether you get mentioned at all. Setting something up has never been cheaper, which means the advantage has shifted from having a website to being findable and trustworthy. And customers judge a business on speed and clarity within seconds, on a phone, before they read a word about you.

How do I get found in 2026 when everyone has a website?

By being specific. Broad pages about your industry compete with everyone and win nothing; a page that answers one real question a buyer asks earns the click and gets quoted by AI assistants. For anyone serving an area, a properly maintained Google Business Profile with genuine reviews still outperforms a much larger budget spent on ads.

What does it cost to work with you?

Every project starts with a free call and a fixed written proposal — scope, deliverables and price set out plainly, with no hourly drip and no invoice that surprises you. Small pieces of work start low; a full build costs what it costs, and you will know the number before you commit to anything.

Do you only work with businesses in your area?

No. We are on the NSW South Coast and work with clients right across Australia — Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, Hobart and regional areas. Everything runs by email and calls, so where you are makes no difference to how a project runs.

What happens after I send this form?

A person reads it — not an autoresponder sequence. We will come back with either some questions, an honest view of what we think you need, or a recommendation to speak to someone else if we are not the right fit. There is no obligation at any point.
